From the people to the king of BahrainWe the people of Bahrain offer to His Majesty the King to seek to consider the subject of electricity bills that gathered on citizens who harbor all the respect and appreciation to Your Majesty , Mr. King that the Ministry of Electricity has launched a campaign of terror on the citizens during the day and at night to cut power to your people and this is what is left in the same grief and exponential while areas that breed terrorists are registered with the ministry dangerous area and so they Itvennon irregularities , not electricity, but everything they're far from accounting and where all citizens are equal before God and before the Constitution and the law , we seek from Your Majesty's consideration into kindness to your people forgive the bills or easy installment where there are a lot of retired people or the poor can not afford to pay the amounts accumulated for three or four years , we ask that the term be between five and ten years , and we all hope that the urge Pkrmk usual on your peopleNational Federation of Bahrain
نحن شعب البحرين نقدم إلى جلالة الملك التماس ب النظر في موضوع فواتير الكهرباء التي تجمعت على المواطنين الذين يكنون كل الاحترام و التقدير لجلالتكم سيدي جلالة الملك أن وزارة الكهرباء تقوم بشن حملة إرهاب على المواطنين نهارا و ليلا لقطع التيار الكهربائي عن شعبك وهذا ما يترك في نفس الحزن و الأسي بينما المناطق التي يتكاثر بها الإرهابيون مسجلة لدي الوزارة منطقة خطرة و بذلك هم يتفننون بالمخالفات، ليست الكهرباء و لكن كل شيء لانهم بعيدين عن المحاسبة و حيث أن كل المواطنين سواسية أمام الله أولا ثم أمام الدستور و القانون فنحن نلتمس من جلالتكم النظر بعين العطف على شعبكم بإعفائهم من الفواتير أو التقسيط المريح حيث هناك كثير من المواطنين متقاعدين أو فقراء ﻻ يستطيعون دفع المبالغ المتراكمة على مدة ثلاث سنوات أو اربع ، نطلب بأن تكون المدة بين خمس و عشر سنوات و كلنا أمل بكرمك المعتاد على شعبك
