Ross Stores Sees Heavy Holiday Discounting Nov 21st 2013, 21:28 Off-price retailer Ross Stores Inc. said Thursday its third-quarter profit rose to $171.6 million, or 80 cents a share, from $159.5 million, or 72 cents, a share, a year earlier.
