Japan Stocks Follow U.S. Dollar Higher; Sony Falls Nov 20th 2013, 00:22 Japanese stocks moved higher early Wednesday on the back of a softer yen, with the Nikkei Stock Average rising 0.5% to 15,201.33, and the Topix up 0.3%.
